[] Steve Flack's Guitar Heroes - Live at Fishos !
With Kevin Borich, Bob Spencer, Brad Carr, Dan Skeed and Steve Edmonds - Wednesday 4 TH October

The latest installment in the renowned Guitar Heroes series of shows comes to Manly Fisho's Wednesday 4 th October! These events, which salute Australia's best ever guitarists, are headed up by their creator, guitarist Steve Flack, and have boasted a variety of featured players, always delivering exciting and exceptional up-close guitar experiences. The show at Manly Fisho's promises yet another superb lineup with core Guitar Heroes, Steve Flack, Michael Smith and Mick O'Shea joined by none other than Kevin Borich, along with Bob Spencer (Finch, Skyhooks, The Angels) and Brad Carr (Choirboys). Stylish young guitarist Dan Skeed from Urban Stone will also be playing, as is Steve Edmonds and his band.

Stemming from Flack's own deep dedication to the craft and his delight in collaborating with Australia's own blues and rock guitar legends, the list of names that have thus far participated in Guitar Heroes events is incredible and include; Phil Manning (Chain), Dom Turner (Backsliders), Jim Kelly (Crossfire), Kevin Pratt (Black Label), Bill Chambers, Chris Turner (Buffalo, Rose Tattoo, Pete Wells Band), Di Pritchard (Billy Thorpe, Rose Tattoo), Phil Emmanuel, Joe Travers (Ray Brown & the Whispers), Randall Waller (Avion, Shania Twain) and Ian Miller (JPY All-Stars), while the recorded version of Guitar Heroes salutes and incorporates many more, including Ian Moss, Ray Beadle, Adam Pringle and the late, great Pete Wells

There are the bass players too, including Chris Bailey (The Angels), Denny Burgess (The Throb, Masters Apprentices), Steve King (Rose Tattoo, Pete Wells Band), Ron Philpott, master of the jazz bass, and, live as well as on CD, The Drum Media 's Michael Smith (Scandal, The Atlantics), while on drums are Mal Green (Split Enz), Colin Burgess (Masters Apprentices), Andrew Brodie, Gordon Rytmeister, and Mick O'Shea, (Swanee, Angry Anderson) the Guitar Heroes live drummer.

Guitar Heroes events have been playing all around the country, from iconic venues like The Basement, The Vanguard and The Empire in Sydney to The Espy in Melbourne and from Tamworth to most recently, The Gold Coast, at the huge AMA conference where an international flavour was added when Seymour Duncan, the man behind the pickups that the world's guitarists use, also joined in the fray.
